Rylie Wagner is now official delegate at the 70th Miss Teen USA 2022 pageant where 2021 Miss USA Elle Smith of Kentucky will crown her successor.

The current Miss Arkansas USA 2021 Stephanie Barber native of Denton, Texas and Fayetteville resident was crowned by Haley Rose Pontius at The Fort Smith Convention Center in Fort Smith on Sun, May 23, 2021 and represented Arkansas at the national arena of Miss USA 2021 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Miss Arkansas USA 2020 Haley Rose Pontius of Houston Longest reigning AR Queen, also won Miss Teen International 2013 and IJM International Miss 2017 crowns.

Arkansas, not a day goes by where I fail to realize what an honor it is to have served you. Six years ago, I caught the pageant bug and started to dream of representing this great state at Miss USA. Thank you for making my dream a reality. From every school visit, food drive, or charity event, I was humbled, but never surprised, by the level of support this state gave me! 
I hope I made you all proud this year.
This is only the beginning!
