Top 10 Miss Supranational 2022 winner is Miss Maryland USA 2023

Sun, Apr 2, 2023: The Reigning Queen Caleigh Shade Miss Maryland USA 2022 has just crowned her successor, The Winner Against 107 Contestant, Savena Mushinge as Miss Maryland USA 2023 at the end of Grand Finale in Bethesda North Marriott Hotel and Conference Center in Rockville on Sunday, April 2, 2023 which started at 6:00pm EDT.

The Newly Crowned Savena Mushinge Miss Maryland USA 2023 is the 72ND Miss USA 2023 Contestant. She will represent her MD State at the upcoming Miss USA 2023 Pageant where the reigning queen R'Bonney Gabriel Miss Texas USA 2022, Miss USA 2022 & Miss Universe 2022 will crown her successor at the end of Grand Finale in the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada. New Queen Savena Mushinge is The First Miss Mississippi USA in Dr. Anne Jakrajutatip Miss Universe Ownership.

Savena Mushinge is Transaction Manager at JLL, currently Lives in Washington D.C. and native of Lusaka, Zambia. In 2015 she joined New Job at Nordstrom as Shoes Sales Associate.

Savena Mushinge was crowned Miss Maryland USA among over 100 contestants. She is the first Zambian American to compete locally & nationally for the Miss USA title.

Being the US Zambia Tourism Ambassador she facilitates tourism and the overall development of the country unifying the relationship between the United States and Zambia.

Savena is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Transaction Manager who has served Fortune 500 companies. She is the co-founder of the non-profit organization, Daughters’ Pride Foundation serving families impacted by poverty. She is also an Ambassador for Icing Smiles helping create memories for children facing critical illnesses through delivering celebration cakes.

Savena’s dedication to philanthropic work is a direct result of being raised in a 3rd world country. She doesn’t take any of her opportunities for granted and wants to encourage others to reach their full potential by using the abundant resources available in the United States.

Ms Alice Rowlands Musukwa Miss Universe Zambia and Mrs World Zambia cheered her "Little sis, it’s not only your birthday today but your first step to Miss USA, Today is your Miss Maryland preliminary show and I know you gat this, I Know you are ready, you didn’t disappoint me on your first ever pageant your came out top 25 and I know Miss Maryland will just make you understand that you were sleeping on yourself because you are more than great.
