Sat, Aug 5, 2023: Diriamba's Sheynnis Palacios has just won over 9 Contestants and crowned Miss Nicaragua / Miss Universe Nicaragua 2023 at the end of Grand Finale, Gala de coronación Miss Nicaragua 2023 which started at 10pm EDT today on Saturday August 5th 2023 from the pageant venue Managua, Nicaragua LIVE at Miss Universe Channel.

Newly crowned Sheynnis Palacios Miss Universe Nicaragua 2023 will represent her nation with the national flag at the upcoming 72ND Miss Universe 2023 in El Salvador at the pageant venue Adolfo Pineda National Gymnasium (Gimnasio Nacional Adolfo Pineda) on Saturday November 18, 2023 where the reigning Miss Universe 2022, R'Bonney Gabriel will crown her successor at the end of Grand Finale.

New Queen Sheynnis Palacios Miss Universe Nicaragua 2023 is the 37TH Entry to Class of Miss Universe 2023 and The First Nicaraguan Beauty Queen in the era of Dr. Anne JKN.

The Court of new queen includes Daysi Velásquez 1st Runner-up of Santa Lucia, Isabella Salgado 2nd runner-up of Chinandega, Chantal Urbina 3rd Runner-up of Granada and Waymara Antonio 4th Runner-up of Puerto Cabezas.

Miss Nicaragua Organization said on the winner "A queen plentiful as our Nicaragua, plentiful as out lakes and volcanoes. Abundant in beauty, intelligence and courage, a strong woman and a dreamer. Congratulations to the new Nicaraguan beauty sovereign @sheynnispalacios_of. The search has come to an end, but the dream is just beginnin"

Palacios holds Lic. Comunicación, works as Host at Canal 11 Nicaragua TV channel and owner of Entiende Tu Mente (Understand Your Mind) which sys "Let's talk about mental health and is a safe space willing to read you and pay attention to you with motto "I understand you, you are not alone!" She was Miss Mundo Nicaragua 2020 and Miss Teen Nicaragua 2016.
