The Prelims are presented by The Hosts Morgan Romano, Miss USA 2022 and Savannah Gankiewicz, Miss USA 2023.
The Preliminary Competition 5 Judges are namely Anastasia Soare, the CEO of Anastasia Beverly Hills; Scheana Shay, the Television personality; Natasha Graziano, the Motivational Speaker; Carole Gist, Miss USA 1990 from Michigan; Lu Parker, The American Journalist, Animal Rights Advocate, Motivational Speaker and Miss USA 1994 and Top 6 Miss Universe 1994; NJ Falk The Managing Partner of Athletic Propulsion Labs; and Jojo Bragais, The Filipino Designer famous for his uncompromising pageant shoes, masterfully combine style, power, and comfort are evaluating & scoring the 51 Delegates’ Live On-stage Performance .
