2021 Miss New York Sydney Park has crowned Taryn Smith Miss New York 2022. Taryn Delanie Smith is Miss Greater New York.

Manhattan Taryn Delanie Smith, 25, Talent Vocal, was crowned Miss New York 2022 at the Paramount Theatre Peekskill on Sun, May 29, 2022 , New York. She will compete Miss America 2023 at the Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Connecticut.

Tyryn is TikTok Star, with 612K Tiktok Handle @taryntino21.

Taryn Smith has Studied Communication Arts and French Language at Saint John's University, Lives in Manhattan, New York and From Seattle, Washington. She is M.S., Media Creative, International Communications Grad, Community Member and Supports SOS Support Our Shelters Social Initiative.

The Sunday schedule today was: 1. Sleep in (it’s Sunday!) 2. Walk the doggo to Central Park + lattes from @matto 3. Gym + treat myself to a spa afternoon in the womens locker room which consisted of using the steam room and playing around with a zillion different moisturizers and face masks brands have sent me which is weirdly so fun for me LOL 4. Spring clean the apartment + pack up ALL winter clothes!! 5. Date night at @vanguardwinebar on the UES I really love Sundays. I hope you had a good one

My official Miss New York 2022 competition headshot!! My last year competing and so cool to see how far I’ve come as a young woman in the @missamerica organization 🥹 Crazy to think my first competition at 18 I wasn’t even sure how I was going to find my way into higher education, and now at 25 I get my Masters of Science in International Communication next month! So much I want to say but mainly just grateful for this unique passion and sisterhood I’ve gained that’s shaped so much of my life! Thank you!
