Thu, June 1, 2023 Hollywood and Buckhannon: The Reigning Teen Queen Emma Kitchen Miss West Virginia Teen USA 2022 will crown her successor, the winner in 12 contestants, as new Miss West Virginia Teen USA 2023 at the end of Grand Finale in The Pageant Venue Virginia Thomas Law Center for the Performing Arts in West Virginia Wesleyan College, College Ave, Buckhannon on Sunday, June 4th, 2023 starting at 3:00pm.

The Mountain State is still waiting for the its very own Miss Teen USA since 1983 the debut year, when the first Miss WV Teen USA queen was Newell’s Kay Scadden Miss West Virginia Teen USA 1983. Till now the highest placement at the national level is Morgantown’s Elizabeth Sabatino 1st Runners-up who competed for her state at the 30TH Miss Teen USA 2012 in Grand Ballroom of the Atlantis Paradise Island in Nassau on Saturday July 28, 2012.

Buckhannon’s Emma Kitchen Miss West Virginia Teen USA 2022 herself was crowned by Grafton’s Brylee Knotts Miss West Virginia Teen USA 2021 on Sunday, June 5, 2022 at the same place Virginia Thomas Law Center and competed for West Virginia at Miss Teen USA 2022 was not placed in semi-finalists list.
