Alexis Maria Loomans of Waunakee was placed 2nd Runner-up Miss USA 2023 at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada, on Friday, September 29, 2023 Nationally Broadcasted Live on CW Television. Wisconsin state is still waiting for its First Miss USA.
