The Medical Doctor also working as TV Presenter Fezile Mkhize of South Africa emerged Winner of Mister Supranational 2024 Blue Sash after excelling the competition against 35 Contestants from all over world who gathered for the Male Beauty Pageant Title at the Park Strzelecki, Amfiteatr – MOSiR Nowy Sącz on night of Thursday, July 4th, 2024. She succeeded Mister Supranational 2023, Iván Álvarez Guedes from Spain.
Additionally Mkhize from Bloemfontein (SA) has also won Supra Chat Special Award, placed Top 8 at the Mister Influencer Opportunity and Top 11 at Supra Model of the Year. The new King Fezile Mkhize, Mister Supranational 2024 will perform his official duties as Ambassador for next 12 months.

Mkhize earned his Medical Doctor Degree from the University of Cape Town and well known Cardiothoracic Surgery Specialist.
